Steve started at Medline as a Vice President of Logistics based in the corporate headquarters in Mundelein Illinois. Steve’s second role with Medline was President of Medline Asia, leading all Asia activity for 4 years out of the regional headquarters in Shanghai, China. Steve returned from China to take the role of Group President, responsible for Medline’s Medical Equipment & Furnishing Product Division. Prior to joining Medline, Steve worked in various logistics & supply chain roles with Maersk Inc. in the US and their global headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Zach Pocklington has held a number of positions within Healthcare for over 17 years. His strong leadership and sales background has allowed him to be a valued member of our Medical Mart team.
Zach was promoted to Senior Vice President in April 2016, when Medical Mart merged with Medline. He has over 11 years working with Medline, were his background in Sales and Marketing has strengthened and grown there Acute Care Team. With over 17 years of experience in the Health Care industry and past senior positions in both acute care manufacturing organizations, Zach brings a wealth of industry insight to the Medical Mart executive team.
Prior to Medline merging with Medical Mart, he was the President of Medline Canada. Zach currently serves on several boards within the Canadian Healthcare sector, including GS1 Canada and is currently the Co-chair (Supplier) for the Healthcare Supply Chain Network.
Dave Forte has worked with Medical Mart for over 5 years. He has held a number of executive management and sales positions in Healthcare over the past 20 years. With a focus on best-in-class customer relationships, Dave has used his innate ability to build Medical Mart’s Primary and Long-Term Care Sales and Marketing teams. His management philosophy has resulted in the successful sales growth for Medical Mart.

Over his tenure, Dave’s hands on management and leadership style have helped Medical Mart improve operational efficiencies. With a background in strategic business planning, combined with extensive marketing and sales experience, Dave has been able to spearhead the enhancement of Medical Mart’s innovative product distribution model.
Dave also manages Specialty Furniture Inc. (SFI), a division within Medical Mart. His expertise in the healthcare furniture business has enabled him to provide valuable insight for our customers.
Peter Gardner has worked in the Healthcare Industry for 20 years with experience in all Healthcare market segments across the entire continuum of health.
Peter joined the Medline team in September of 2014 as Vice President Acute Sales. His significant experience within the Medical Device market was an excellent fit with the strength and strategic direction of the Medline Acute portfolio in Canada. Prior to joining the Medline team, Peter was the General Manager of the Advanced Wound Care business at Smith & Nephew. Read more
Through the merger with Medical Mart, the need for a dedicated, Canadian-led Marketing team was identified and Peter was appointed to that responsibility.
